Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our booking website or smartphone application. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with To The Future, the parent company and operator of the TurfIT brand and platform, and govern your access to use TurfIT platforms, slot booking search utilities, team matches, and digital wallets.
Your access to TurfIT is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these rules. These Terms apply to all players, team organizers, casual visitors, and arena owners who interface with our services.
1. Account Registration
To book turf slots and use player matchmaking, you must create a verified profile on our app. You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality and are liable for all transactions associated with your user id.
2. Slot Reservations & Locks
When you select an available slot (e.g. 7 PM to 8 PM Football Pitch), the slot is dynamically locked for 15 minutes to allow checkout. If the transaction fails, or teammates do not complete their respective bill splits within 15 minutes, the slot is automatically released back to public search.
3. Split Bill Payment Framework
Teammates invited to split bills must pay their shares using the generated payment links. If part of the fee remains unpaid at slot lock expiry, the reservation fails. Any funds captured for that matching group are refunded back to the player sources in 48 hours.
4. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the booked slot start time receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 4 hours are subjective to individual arena operator rules and may not be refunded. Verified refunds are credited to original payment methods in 2-3 business days.
5. Arena Rules & Player Conduct
Players must follow all rules established by sports complex managers (e.g. wearing studs, non-marking shoes, no smoking, punctual arrival). Anti-social behavior, vandalism, or field damage may lead to local legal actions and permanent suspension from TurfIT App.
6. Platform Liability Limitations
TurfIT acts as an intermediate listing platform connecting players with third-party arena operators. TurfIT does not own, run, or supervise physical grounds. We are not liable for: injuries, quality of pitch turf grass, lighting/rain equipment failures, or match outcomes.
